Door knob is broken, bathroom is flooded with water, sounds from the road is very distrubing, left over underwear inside the cabinet. Not properly maintained

We arrived late in the night and was accomodated by an informal staff. I requested for lower floors beforehand because it was obvious there's no elevator and the challenges in climbing the stairs, but we were put in the 3rd floor. The room is dirty and i have to request for additional blanket because it has only one thin blanket. The heater knob needs repair because apparently it will consume more electricity.
